How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated automatically upon checkout.
We ship our items express priority with full insurance and signature required;
This is to protect our customers and their items arriving safely and securely.
The rates charged for shipping are at-cost from the shipping company and are varied based on their system of costs. We do not set their rates.

What currency do you use?

All items on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How do I make a return?

You have 7 days from when you received an item to make a return.

Do you provide appraisals?

For our customers peace of mind, we provide a verification report with every purchase of antique or vintage jewellery that is made from our store. Our own collection is fabricated by us and is guaranteed to be as described, thus it does not come with a report.

What does Bespoke mean?

Bespoke means that the item is only created at the time of order and not carried in stock.

What does CTW mean?

CTW stands for "Carat total weight". It is the combined weight of multiple gemstones in a piece of jewellery.

What is the Imperial Collection?

Our line of bespoke luxury jewellery is titled the "imperial collection" which is designed by us and made to order for our clients. 

Are you accepting custom design orders?

At this time we are focusing on our luxury jewellery line: The Imperial Collection

What does "diamonds may not be original to the jewellery" mean?

When new diamond cutting technology became available, people replaced their damaged or unwanted older cut diamonds (old mine cut,old european cut..etc) with modern cut stones. We write this as a notice to our customers that the mentioned gemstones may have been replaced at some point in the past by another party.

In some pictures of the rings you have available, there is a black line on the bottom of the band, is that normal?

In this instance, it is the ring holder that you see slightly covering the band. Please note, any irregularities will be addressed in the description of the piece and also on the verification report that accompanies most items.

How come you don't accept returns on your Lahaina pendant?

We don't carry our bespoke items (imperial collection) in stock, they are made to order, thus once the order has been placed, we begin the full fabrication process with our master jeweller. We guarantee all our items to be as described and this also applies to our bespoke items, they come with a special certificate. Please review our return policy here.

Does your company ever have sales?

yes we do! If you head into our collections pages you will see a discounted section, or on the top menu bar you will see a "sale" button.
This will take you to the section of items on-sale.

I saw something in your on-sale section a month ago but it's not there anymore, how come? Can i still buy it?

Please keep in mind that items are not permanently left in the on-sale section and once they are removed, they will return to their original price. It may have been moved back to its original section or it was purchased. You can search for it on the site or send us an email and we can look into it for you.
