One-of-a-Kind Garnet & Diamond Ring by a Master Goldsmith
This ring was created by a master goldsmith whose career spanned more than three decades and included work for a prominent luxury jewellery house, foreign dignitaries, and members of royal families. Prior to his retirement, he operated his own workshop where he continued producing handmade jewels and accepting private commissions.
This ring is one of a small number of pieces we acquired before his retirement and remains unworn.
At its center is a 1.50 carat oval-cut garnet, set within a handcrafted mounting distinguished by exceptional attention to detail. The gallery and inner shank are beautifully finished with decorative filigree work, reflecting the level of craftsmanship rarely found in modern production jewellery.
The ring is particularly unusual in its construction, featuring a two-tone design with a yellow gold lower shank and a white gold upper section that enhances the brilliance of the surrounding diamonds and the rich colour of the garnet.
Handcrafted in gold, this ring is currently a size 6½.
