Antique Hand Engraved Diamond Ring

The antique diamond in this ring is an old mine cut, with the coveted small table and high crown angles that makes it sparkle like a little fireball.
If you want a lively old mine cut that has good play of light, this diamond is it.
The diamond is original to the ring and we would date it circa 1910s-1920s.
 
When this ring came to us, its engravings were all but worn out, so we had it restored to its former glory.
Now, with its mesmerizingly beautiful hand engravings restored, It is ready for another long life of wear. The ring is made from 14 karat white gold.

The center diamond weighs 0.17 carat, Si2 clarity, J colour, and as stated above it's an old mine cut. It is slightly more oval in shape. 
 
The ring is a current size of 7 ¾
